  Hello, just wanted to know if there was a way to modify the footer text and link in the CSS? Thanks.

  The site you’ve indicated is running a self-hosted/installed version of WordPress (found at WordPress.org).

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
