  Hi, is it possible to change the url of my free wordpress site to another free url that I already have? I only see that its possible to change is for a new one that I don’t own. thanks

  You can change your site’s address by following the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/changing-site-address/

  However, you cannot change to an existing or deleted site’s address.

  If you want to move to an existing site’s address, you’ll need to export https://wordpress.com/support/export/ and import your content to the new site: https://wordpress.com/support/import/#import-content-from-another-word-press-site
