It looks like that’s a featured image. You can change it in the page edit screen:

The Featured Image on the front page and on pages works best with images at least 1180 wide. https://wordpress.com/theme/dara
If you do not succeed in removing the image form your media library
and replacing it with another one of the correct size https://en.support.wordpress.com/featured-images/ then type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for a Staff follow-up.
