Change the <!-more> text to something of your own

  Hey guys,

  Just have a question under our lengthy posts sometimes we like to cut them off using the more tag, but I was just wondering is it possible to change what is actually displayed as the link to the rest of the post? Instead of just saying “more” could we change that to something like “read more about title-of-post >>”

  I’m assuming we change this in the css? If so, could anyone please point me to the general tag I should be looking out for in the css to change this? .entry-meta? something along those lines?
