Change the menu button in mobile format
-
I use this theme in Chinese. But the word ‘menu’, which appears in the mobile format, is translated wrongly. Do you know how to remove the word ‘menu’ from the menu button?
Many thanks.

Thanks for catching this bad translation. Could you please tell me what the correct word for “Menu” should be in the zh-cn locale, so I can get it fixed in the translation? Thanks!

Thanks for getting back to me!
The word is 选单
My personal preference is actually having no word there in the mobile format (for mobile phone), since the image itself is sufficient to indicate that it is a menu button.
Many thanks.

Thanks for that – we’ve gotten this translation fixed up for you and you should see it on your site if you refresh the page in your browser.

Understood. Our current usability guidelines for themes require the word to be displayed alongside the icon. If you wanted to hide it, you’d need some custom CSS, but that’s only available with the Premium or Business plan.
