  hello,
  i want to change the number of posts on the main page,
  i look here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/reading-settings/
  and i not find the reading settings.
  please help

  You have a settings tab in your dashboard, right? It should be under there.

  You need to use your classic dashboard:
  https://birdsinthecamera.wordpress.com/wp-admin for do that.
  And then, go -> Settings
