Change the Pilcrow hyperlink font color to Dark blue

  I would like to change the Pilcrow theme hyperlink color to dark blue. Is that possible?

  Yes provided you have purchased an annually renewable custom deisgn upgrade and do the required CSS editing. Otherwise the font color of links cannot be changed.
