Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but instead a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org ) but hosted elsewhere.

If you click the “I have a question about a specific extension or theme I’d like to purchase.” section, there’s another link for “Can’t find an answer? Contact us!”.
