  I downloaded a theme in wordpress.org , but I don’t know how to install it.
  Can you help me?

  You are not able to install WordPress.org themes on this platform, WordPress.com.

  To learn about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org, have a look at this guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/.

  WordPress.com has a wide range of themes for you to choose from in the Theme Showcase where each theme has an about page that includes features and instructions.
