Change the Time Setting

  I created my blog but set the timezone up wrong, now I cannot find the place to change it. I have gone to settings, where I can change the title of the blog etc., but there is no place to change the timezone. Suggestions?

  The problem is that my settings page does not look anything like that. Based on the sidebar, it looks like it is for an older version of WordPress.

  Okay, I think I figured out at least part of the problem, I just cannot quite figure out how to get to that part of the menu. A silly question, but I am new at this. So if I login and click “my site”, what is the next step?
