change the url without changing the domain

  I need to change the URL to a new one, but not change the hoster.

  I changed http://erstebankua.wordpress.com/wp-admin/ to http://fidobank.wordpress.com/wp-admin/, however I do not understand how to change http://erstebankua.com/ to http://fidobank.com?
  Should I pay for a new domain? Or do maping?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
