  Hello,

  You can search the WordPress theme page to find a theme and apply it to your website. Here is the official documentation on how to do this.

  To make your blog look like a website, make the home page static page instead of list of blog entries as explained here.

  You can create additional pages and add them to the Menu and your blog should look more like a website.
