Change theme

  Hi!
  Why i can not set up Expound theme for free? When i click Activate this design, it has notification that “Unable to activate theme. Contact support.”, so how can I do it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You should be able to activate the Expound theme at any of the following locations:

  • Expound theme guide — https://wordpress.com/theme/expound
  • WP Admin manage themes page / search= Expound — https://hhavn.com/wp-admin/themes.php?search=Expound
  • My Sites Themes page / search=Expound — https://wordpress.com/themes/hhavn.com?s=Expound

  If you still find the same error at any of these locations, then please add a “modlook” tag to the sidebar of this topic to call for staff attention.

  Hi @candynguyen88, even though you are an admin, hhavn.com is attached to (owned by) a different username. Can you contact that person and have them try to activate Expound? Or if that is also you, log in as that user and try setting Expound on hhavn.com and let me know if you have any problems.
