Change Theme

  Hi,

  I am currently not allowed to change my actual theme for another free theme offered to all WordPress users. Why?

  P.S: I understand that the previous theme I’ve used was offered as I had signed for the business plan, but I am ok to change for any other theme offered for free.

  Please help!

  Hi @tbrulinger, it sounds like your plan was not properly downgraded and instead just expired. We’ll need to get it downgraded so you’ll have full control over the site again.

  We can do this for you on our end, but please note, changes you’ve made since adding outside themes or plugins could be lost. Your site can be reverted back to what it was before that. Do you want us to proceed?
