  I was told to contact support. I want to change the theme on my webpage. Why can’t I do this.

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  Hi @karenlc299985db374,

  It looks like the thesisterchristian.com site was previously on a Business plan, which since has expired. To be able to change themes, it’ll need to be either downgraded to a free plan, or a new Business plan would need to be purchased.

  As this site is owned under a different WordPress.com account, I suggest having the site owner reach out to us for further support with this.

  I am the site owner of Mckenzieriverpublishing.com which should no longer be active as that never got off the ground. I also have Your Autism Whisperer.com with wordpress too. I would like to purchase a new business plan for the sister christian.com. Can you help?

  Regarding mckenzieriverpublishing.com and https://YourAutismWhisperer.com, can you confirm those addresses? They don’t appear to be hosted with us. Is there any chance you were using a free copy of the WordPress software with another host?

  McKenzie River Publishing is no longer. Your autism whisperer is hosted through word press.
  I have no idea. I find word press to be so confusing. I have a blog for the sister Christian on word press. I want to change the theme but it says I can’t. I just paid money for an upgrade, but I don’t know how to use wordpress . WordPress shows many sites I’ve had over the years.

  @thesisterchristian, it sounds like you have several sites and multiple hosting services. We’ll help you get it straightened out. I think it will help, though, if we work through each issue one at a time. Let’s focus on getting Sister Christian fixed first.

  You mentioned you can’t upload a theme. Can you let us know what theme you are trying to upload, and what error you get?

  Also, your plan entitles you to live chat help. Sometimes that’s easier than going back and forth with a delay in between. Do you want to open a chat here?
