change theme … and would like to have a theme in ENGLISH not German!!

Hi, I just signed up with wordpress.
Tried to change the theme and now it seems to have merged the themes I chose. ..?
I also find it rather tedious, because it is slow (and it’s not my internet connection)
Could it be that my browser (safari or my system? still working on mac mountain lion)
I have worked on websites in other formats before and it was far easier to figure them
out. Maybe I am simply not smart enough…?….
I would like to use the Theme Independent Publisher, yet it keeps coming up with ‘Affinity’
Also, somehow the Themes came up in German ….? my settings are on English though.

I see only one site in your account, https://lokiheals.wordpress.com/, and that site is definitely set to the Independent Publisher theme. If it’s showing Affinity if you look at it, there might be something stuck in your browser. Can you please try clearing your browser cache and cookies? That might also help for slow loading issues.
Also, somehow the Themes came up in German ….?
It looks like you had your account set to German until a day ago. Now it’s set to English, so if you browse themes now you should see it in English.
I see there’s still some German text above the sharing buttons on your site. That can be changed at My Site ->Sharing ->Sharing Buttons ->Edit Label Text
