Change theme back to normal wordpress header.

  Hello, I am new to this. I added a theme (MIxfolio…Graph Paper press) and I have changed my mind. I don’t want this theme and want to delete it and get back to the original Header wordpress gave me. How do I delete or go back to my original theme?
