Change theme color

  OK, was going to get a premium template but hear you cannot change the theme’s color or background color.
  NOT the background outside the main poage but the actual theme’s white background.

  I also believe CSS will NOT allow this also, is this true?

  No it is not true. You can change the background color for posts and pages if you purchase an annually renewal custom design upgrade to undertake CSS editing to change that.
