Change Theme Color

    I’m trying to change the color of the page bar at the top. When one is selected it just shows the default blue. Without plugins or css is there a way to change this?

    Hi,

    this can be changed with custom CSS, you’re correct. Some older themes will also allow you these kinds of changes from My Site>Design>Customize>Colors&Backgrounds but if you do not see that in your customizer, CSS is the only option.
