Change theme not displayed after reload

    Hi,
    I used a theme to make a website and decide to use a different theme, the new theme as activated and customize but when it was previewed, I found out it will load and still bounce back to the old them. I notice if I make changes like the text, fonts, it will display.
    I am using a free account, please I need assistance. Thank you
