Change theme of existing Blog

  Hello there!
  I am a begginer in the WordPress world and little experience with these type of tools. I would like to change the theme of my Blog to one of the Free Themes (The Harmonic) without loosing my content.

  Any recommendations? Thanks a lot in advance.

  To activate new theme you need to follow this instruction: https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/#activate-a-theme

  When you are switching themes, posts, media, blogroll, pages and all of your content. stay with you, so don’t worry :-). But there are some things you’ll want to check afterward. You can find more about it here; https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/#switch-themes
