Change Theme. Which upgrade do I need?

Hello.
I’ve recently created my blog and now I would like to buy a new Theme from Themeforest.
I still have a simple account, a wordpress.com account.
I would like to know which account upgrade do I need to be able to install the new theme.
I can see there are several upgrades available and I’m a little bit confused. Do I necesarily have to go Premium to do this? Or is the .com domain purchase enough for what I want to do?Thank you very much.

On wordpress.COM you can only use the themes that are available in Appearance > Themes. No upgrade changes this.

In other words, in order to use a theme not on that list you would need to find a host, a domain, and move over to WordPress.ORG.

Then if I download and install the codex on wordpress.org and I find myself a host, I’ll be able to install the Theme I bought for free?Thanks again!
