  Hi,

  I want to upload the eighties theme background to my wordpress blog but have no idea how to do it! Can someone help me please?

  Hi –

  You can’t actually upload a theme to your WordPress.com blog. All available themes for WordPress.com are found here: https://wordpress.com/themes
  There are numerous FREE themes at WordPress.com :)

  To upload a theme to your blog/site you would need to have a WordPress.org site that is self hosted. That is very different than what is provided to you at WordPress.com. Read here about the differences in WordPress.com and WordPress.org:https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
