  I just started using WordPress within godaddy to build my site and am facing terrible problems just because I first chose a theme and wanted to change the theme completely and it never works ..(same layout, same color scheme, same text appears, seem that only a css file is changed ).. Seeking to start all over from scratch, I installed db reset plugin and advanced reset plugin and tried again and again and so on …. few hours now in vein without good result. Can anyone help me.

  I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
