    Hi
    I have my domain and my email with WordPress. My website is with shopify.
    I’d like to delete shopify, keep my domain and list my Etsy shop with word press. I also use constant contact and convertkit.
    Can this be done?
    My domain is onaquestforfibre.com

    I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

    Hi there,

    The domain, onaquestforfibre.com, is registered with us, but it’s not hosted with us, and it doesn’t belong to the onaquestforfibregmailcom account you’re using to post here. That domain is currently pointed to Shopify.

    I also use constant contact and convertkit.

    That tells me your WordPress website isn’t hosted with us on WordPress.com either – using those plugins on a WordPress.com site requires our Business Plan, and neither the account you used to post here nor the account that owns your domain has a Business Plan.

    What is the URL of the WordPress website you want to use the domain with?

    We’ll need to know that to give you an accurate answer on what you need to do here.
