Change time zone

  My WordPress blog is set up five hours ahead of what time zone I am actually in. Does anyone know how to change this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Dashboard >> Settings >> General >> pick a city in your time zone – remember to save changes
