  You can try below:
  1. Open your Theme Customizer > Colors and Background.
  You will see the colors currently set on your theme.
  2. Then you can click on the color that is set for your Headings.
  3. Choose your desired colors on the choices of colors you have below or you can manually pick your own color.

  CSS Customizer is only available on Premium or Business Plan.

  Hi, you can use the following custom CSS to change the site title color to anything you wish, just change the color hex code.

  .site-title a {
    color: #cc0000 !important;
  }
