Change title font in MistyLook using Typekit
-
Hi there,
I’m using MistyLook and I have the CSS upgrade. I am also using typekit for my fonts. I can’t figure out how to get the title font to change. I tried “title” and “posttitle” as selectors. In the CSS original stylesheet for MistyLook the only mention of the title is this:
#content .sticky .posttitle h2 {
padding-top: 10px;
}
The font I want is called Hill House and I’m using it for my h2’s and h4’s.

The post titles use h2 as their selectors and have changed to the appropriate font without any problems. The title I’m trying to change is the blog title at the top of the page above the header.

Well, the font changed when I entered that selector but it changed to a simple sans serif (a la arial or helvetica) instead of the Hill House. I imagine this must be a typekit issue. I think I’m going to just be happy with the sans serif as it is. Thanks for your help!

You’re welcome. It’s strange: I’m seeing Hill House in Firefox and Explorer, but not in Safari and Chrome; same thing with my test blog.
