Change title font on static homepage copyright after content

    Hi,
    I have a static frontpage – earlier tweaked a bit.
    This is a site for teachers and students and my superior wants me to
    change the title from before ( it used to say Biblioteket, which means Library). The theme font looked good with just one word, but with 2-3 words it’s messy – and I will have to find a more suitable font, maybe a sans.
    I think this requires a css – anybody have a suggestion?

    Also, after all the work I put in (actually way much more than I get paid for :) ) I am thinking I should maybe have a copyright-thing under each page’s content….?
    Help with these 2 very much appreciated.

    Hello there!

    For the front page title dropping this code in your custom CSS area should do the trick:

    .site-title {
    	font-family: "Source Sans Pro", Helvetica, Arial, Verdana, Tahoma, sans-serif;
    	font-size: 93px !important;
    	font-weight: bold;
    }

    (feel free to play with the sizing, font, etc)

    As for the copyright in the footer, that can also be added in with CSS, something like this:

    #theme-byline::after {
    	content: "Copyright text";
    }

    Let me know if that doesn’t work!

    Hi!
    Thank you so much!
    Everything works fine – except maybe I find the choosing of font a bit restricted. It may have to do with the original theme?

    Hey there,

    Glad it works! Yes, there is a limited choice of fonts. A good way to check which ones are supported would be to go to your custom fonts area as it explains here https://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-fonts/

    Hope that helps,
    Sage
