  I have registered for a blog name and will like to amend after consideration. How can I proceed?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Do you want a custom domain like whatever.com or just a different whatever.wordpress.com URL? Have you read the support documents about these changes?

  Not that the change is permanent and irreversible and that in most cases the old URL is deleted. I recommend NOT doing that, but instead just creating the new blog at whatever URL you want and importing the contents into it. Then buy the Redirect upgrade. That gives you a blog you can tinker with to test codes and themes.
