Change To Admin Role from Author Role

  The owner has three sites in dashboard. There is one with Author role. How to change it to have Admin role? Therefore the owner could update the posts in it.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  We did read it.
  Where is the User menu item?
  Under the Blog we want to update, the following are the menu items we could see:
  Visit Blog•
  Dashboard•
  Posts•
  Pages•
  Stats•
  Sharing•
  Change Theme•
  Customize•
  Upgrade
