Hi there: I have designed and plan on launching my client, KH Window Fashions website very soon. On my client’s behalf, I created a blog that will link to her site. Originally I used my person email because her email address: (email visible only to moderators and staff) was already taken. This is true, but the reason that it is true is that a previous consultant reserved the blog site on behalf of my client. That consultant is no longer in the marketing industry and hasn’t returned emails and voicemail requests for log-in info since late in 2013. We do have the name KHwindowfashions as our wordpress blog which we are very pleased about. However, since she will be maintaining and writing the blog, I would like to give her access to the blog through her email address. Not mine, which is (email visible only to moderators and staff). We would like the email address on the account to be: (email visible only to moderators and staff). Please help as we are ready to launch website and would like everything streamlined. Thank you.

Every blog has a sole owner and it is the person with the username account who registered the blog under that username account. No matter how many blogs are created under any username account there will be only one gravatar and one primary blog that can be linked to that username.
To transfer a blog from one username account A to another username account B you must first log in under the username account A that owns the blog you want to transfer to the other username account.
Then you add the other username account B as an Admin of the blog.

Sorry for being a bit confused – but your client’s email in use for the account set up by the missing consultant?
If so the account is yours, when you log in there is a reset password option, use it, the new password will be emailed to your client and the account is theirs
