Change to monthly billing cycle

I want to switch my Business plan from annual to monthly billing.
I contacted support two days ago. The informed me about the cost increase. I confirmed that I want to proceed with the switch regardless. They have been unresponsive since, nearly a day and a half ago.
My plan is due for renewal on September 27th, I want to have this arranged beforehand.
