Change to new template question

  I have a premium account for my blog. Currently my theme is The Sketch Theme, which is quite boring. I want to change to a more magazine format theme. If I do that, can I make any changes I wish, or do I need to change to other hosting to enable me to make the changes/customizations I want?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there!

  If you change your theme to one of the 300+ themes offered in our showcase, you can make all the changes you’d like! You can start as soon as you activate your theme, and you don’t have to host your site elsewhere.

  WordPress.com themes can be found here:
  https://wordpress.com/themes

  However, if you want a theme from an outside vendor, these can’t be uploaded to sites hosted on WordPress.com. They can only be uploaded to self-hosted blogs running on WordPress.org software. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
