Change to non existing & non deleted url

  I’d like to change my url to runwritetravel.wordpress.com
  It is not in use, nor is it a deleted url. If I type it in, wordpress offers me to make a blog with that name. I tried to change it at the settings page (it worked before), but it doesn’t work anymore.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If those steps don’t work for you, please let me know. Also, please let me know if you want to change your username to match your new blog or you wish to keep your current username.

  I thought I changed it before on the settings page, but I was wrong. I deleted my old url to make a new one. I couldn’t find the right way to change my url. Thanks a lot !
