Change to wordpress.org linking to url.

  I have just set up a WordPress.com site. (www.mypicsofpeople.wordpress.com) Also have accepted the offer of a personal url. In this case http://www.mypicsofpeople.com. I want to change to wordpress.org because of the possibilities. Can I also link the wordpress.org to the url http://www.mypicsofpeople? Can you assist?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can always add a new domain to your site here:

  https://mypicsofpeople.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains
