  I wanted IAMINSPIREDBY.COM and its showing something else

  I wanted iaminspiredby.com but it is showing iaminspiredbydotcomm.wordpress.com –i do own the domain name Iaminspiredby.com -how can I change this

  Hi sherrinsimmons,

  In Store -> Domains, the primary domain is set to your WordPress.com blog address. You can update that to point to your custom domain (iaminspiredby.com), but you’ll also need to change the name servers at your domain registrar to point to our name servers before the domain will work with your WordPress.com blog:

  • ns1.wordpress.com
  • ns2.wordpress.com
  • ns3.wordpress.com

  Your current domain whois shows that the name servers are pointing to Media Temple, so after you update that, it can take a few hours (up to 72 hours) before the DNS changes will propagate.
