if I change my url will my followers remain with me?

Hi there. If you change your blog address via the My Blogs page it won’t affect your WordPress.com followers. Your blog will still appear in their Reader feeds and they’ll still receive email notifications if subscribed.
However, people following your blog via the RSS feed or who have it bookmarked in their browsers will no longer see it appear in their feeds, so it’s a good idea to publish a post warning your readers that an address change is coming.
To automatically redirect visitors from the old address to the new one you’ll need to buy the Site Redirect upgrade: http://en.support.wordpress.com/site-redirect/ You don’t have to buy this, but if you don’t people who had your old address bookmarked won’t be able to find it, and any links to your old address on other sites will no longer work, so if your blog has been around for a while it is recommended.

Please make sure you read the support doc and all instructions and warnings carefully as this process cannot be reversed.
When prompted whether you’d like to keep the old URL or delete it, consider keeping it as deleted URLs can never be recovered: http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/
Rather, set the old address to private, and then you can either use it as a test blog to try out new themes and widgets, etc., or you can use it as a backup to your regular blog by periodically importing content to it. http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/

Thank you so much for you reply. I guess I will have to delete my blog then. My followers(both email and RSS) hacked my blog and are harassing me.
Is there a way to delete my Reader/email and RSS followers.
I really don’t want to go through the hassle of re-creating another blog.

What do you mean “hacked your blog”?
There is no way to prevent people from following a public blog and there is no way to remove followers from a public blog. The only way to control who can read your blog is to set it to private. Then only people you specifically invite will be able to read it: http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/
You do have complete control over who can comment on your blog. See here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/who-can-comment/
If you delete your blog, keep in mind that the URL will also be deleted and can never be recovered. Instructions for deleting can be found here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
And, should you decide to create a new blog and you want to keep the old one’s content, the instructions to move it is here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/ Note you have to do this before you delete the old blog, or there won’t be any content to transfer.

Just set your blog to private first, and only delete it when you’ve transferred all you content to the new one. Once you confirm the delete there’s absolutely no way to ever get anything back from that blog again.

I realize that. I have done this before. I have already exported my blog.
I understand this is a public blog, but it’s too bad you can’t block and delete followers. Just for my own safety.
