change url and/or domain name?

I need help. A few weeks ago I registered brickstreetsewingstudio.com with WP and I want to change it to be thesewingspot.com.
I’ve read all the “change domain name” and am still confused. I consistently find a reference to support called “change blog address” and I’ve read it but I thought I had a website not a blog. Does site redirection have anything to do with this, or does that have to do with when I actually get to the step of paying for bluehost?
I’d also like to know how to delete my other two blogs that never got started so I only have the sewing spot.
I’m a complete newbie at this but can’t afford to have anyone do it for me so I’m trying to dig in.

The support document for “Change blog address” is to change the underlying “WordPress.com” address of any site.
brickstreetsewingstudio.com and thesewingspot.com are called custom domain names and can be changed by mapping the domain name (https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/) to your WordPress.com sites. Prior to domain mapping, either you should be already in possession of the domain name or you can buy it from https://wordpress.com/domains/add/ page for your WordPress.com website.

It is not possible to edit a custom domain once it is registered. Custom domains are registered for a full year at a time, and if you want a different domain the only way to do it is to register the new domain separately. As the free domain in your plan has already been used for the current domain, you’ll need to pay for the new domain separately.
