Change url bar icon from WP to my own

  I’m trying to get our blog (blog.hcfama.org) to display our own logo, which is that of our homesite (www.hcfama.org). Is there was way to do this? i alreayd have the css upgrade so I know i can make alternatives. Is it just a strip of code I’m missing?
