Change url but not buiyng domain

  I need to change the url address from “http://erstebankua.com/” to “http://fidobank.com/”

  We bought a domain a year ago now we need to change the url, but don’t want to buy a new domain or transfer the content?
  Can you just change the official url address?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
