  Can I be able to change the URL of my blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The URL and the name are different. Change the Name on the Settings->General page of the blog. You have a custom domain; if you want a different one, just buy a new one, and map to that one instead of the one you’re using now. Change the underlying WordPress.com URL (warning, this is IRREVERSIBLE) if you must by following these instructions: http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/

  i just want to rename the domain i bought here its gonna expire this September 9 though…i don’t want to host from another site..

  You can’t rename a custom domain. You BUY another custom domain, for $5.

  what if i wait until the expiration is done? then reregister will that do? ..coz its gonna expire on september 9

  It doesn’t matter if you wait till the existing one expires. You’ll still have to pay $5 to get a new custom domain if you want a custom domain. And then $13 for the mapping.
