Change URL or Receive Refund

  I paid $25 to register and map a new URL through WP. I mistakenly left a hyphen in it and want to change it. I contacted Support within the 2 days they specified to receive a refund but haven’t heard anything back. I don’t necessarily want a refund, I just want to change the URL name without paying an additional $25. How can I get this resolved? Thanks –

  Please contact Support directly through the link in your store dashboard or http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ type anything into the search box and click “no” when it asks if your problem was resolved and the contact form should appear.

  Thanks for your response. I did go through this already, filling out the form with my question about 3 days ago but I’ve not heard back. Are you advising that I should do this a second time? Just want to clarify before I send a duplicate form.

  If you contacted them within the 48-hour period, as you said you did, it should be sufficient to contact Support only once. Patience. :)

  Double check your spam filter – many times responses from the staff have went into peoples spam filter.

  The last couple of these I saw WordPress had to issue a refund and then the person re-registered the name and mapped it. Has to do with back office stuff I think.
