change URL with two blogs

Hello! I currently run two free blogs. I would like to delete blog B and use that URL for my main blog, blog A. Is this possible? I’ve already done some research, but I can’t find examples of this exact situation. I know if I delete blog B, I won’t be able to recover the URL. I could only find information on how to transfer the domain to another user, but not to myself.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi There,
You could first empty all content from Blog B and then move the content from Blog A to Blog B. To remove all of content from your site, follow the instructions in this link from the support pages:
To export all the content from Blog A, go to My Sites and make sure you are in your Blog A site. Scroll down and click on settings. Scroll down to where you see Export – Export all. The files will be emailed to you.
Open the email, download the files and extract the files.
To import, make sure you are in your Blog B site. Scroll down and click on settings. Then scroll down to where you see Import. Choose WordPress and then upload your files.

If you would like staff to assist you with moving your followers over you can add the tag modlook and a staff member will help you within a few hours. They may need some more info from you as well.

Thank you for the information! So there is absolutely no way I can just transfer the URL from blog B to blog A? I actually want to delete blog B, since 99% percent of my content is on my main blog, but I prefer that domain.

Thank you for the information! So is there no way I can just transfer blog B’s URL to blog A? 99% of my content is on my main blog and I would like to merge the two, but only keep the domain of blog B. It seems ridiculous I’d have to transfer all my posts and followers to blog B just so I can keep the url. Why can’t it be the other way around?

I would like to transfer my followers from ‘romweasley.wordpress.com’ to ‘slytherink.wordpress.com’.
