Change User ID

  HI, we have connected WordPress with an ERP which imports the WordPress User ID and causing troubles, because the user id is already existing in the system. We need to change the user id in the wordpress system to a very high number to avoid duplicates (e.g. 5000000). Could you please give me the code to change it and the location where to adjust it?
