Change user name

    Hi
    I just followed your instructions to change my user name and I’ve obviously done it wrong as I haven’t seem to have managed to change my actual wordpress URL which is really annoying! Can you help?

    Also I thought I had a premium account which means I thought meant I had the chat feature to tap into support. Is this correct? Or do I have to send emails everything I need help?
