Change user of site

  I registered a wordpress site in my name but now I want to change user, email and so on, so that I can make a site and give it as a gift to my boyfriend. How do I do? Do I delete it? And can then I open an account in another name and use the adress again?

  I recommend that your boyfriend creates his own account. Then, you can transfer the site to his account:
