Change user that pays for Premium service

    Hi,

    Another user than me created the blog and has paid for the premium service for this page until this point. He has now changed jobs, and I would like to register my credit card as payment source, and delete the old creator from the user list. I didn’t find out how to do this. Can anyone help me?

    Hi

    I purchased and set “auto renew” of the opseulocal166.org domain and the payment receipt was sent to Rhonda who forwarded it to me.

    The website says that the .org domain has expired as of August 23rd but I have a receipt from August 22, 2013.

    I’m tempted to pay again to make sure we keep the domain but I am just assuming it takes a brief period of time to have this show up?.

    Please confirm that it has been successfully purchased and I do not need to purchase again. Please and thankyou.

    @apetlund – the person that owns the upgrade needs to transfer the upgrades to you – they can do that one of two ways

    1) they log into the blog and go to
    Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades >> mouse over the upgrades and click on the “Transfer” and follow the instructions to transfer the upgrades to your account

    2) they can log into this thread as the account and request using small clear words and instructions to transfer the specific upgrades from their account to your account (your account needs to be named)

    someone has flagged this thread for staff attention – they can check the upgrade status

    also if you are and admin – look at

    Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades >> should be the upgrades and status – just if you are not the account that owns the upgrades there will not be a renew button

    @apetlund, the easiest thing to do here would be for the current upgrades owner to contact us (posting here in this thread from their account would work) asking us to transfer the site and upgrade to your account. If that doesn’t work, when the upgrade expires, you can purchase it under your account and since you just have domain mapping rather than a registered domain, you could repurchase that upgrade as well.

    @opseumembers166, since your request involves an entirely different site, it would be most helpful if you would please post your question in a new thread, so that we can better assist you and keep track of things on your account.
