CHANGE USERNAME

  I am positive we are the ONLY “metalcon” account holders on wordpress.

  that being stated, I would like to change my account name from metalcon2014 to just METALCON

  However, It says this name is in use (perhaps by us in the past) however when i search for the link, (even after logging out, googling it, and directly typing it into the browser) NO METALCON.WORDPRESS.COM appears!

  so what gives,
  is it taken or not?
  how can i change my username to METALCON ?!

  I would guess it is taken, and it’s just not appearing on Google. If that’s the case, I’d either try and find your METALCON login details, or possibly email WordPress and see if they can free up the username again… as an educated guess.
