Change username

  Hi!

  I’d like to get @launchplus username, though it looks to be unavailable.

  Is there a way I can get? I most likely know the owner of @launchplus account (as he already gave me his twitter handle), so:

  1. Can you free the username for it not being used for a long time. Or
  2. Do you I need to ask the owner to free the username?
